Smith's Variety isn't just a great place to shop. It's a great place to work.

We're looking for people who genuinely love serving others, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to be part of something that has mattered to this community for 76 years. Our team members stick around, and that says everything.

We're flexible with scheduling and our biggest need is typically daytime hours during the school week. If that sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.

A heart for service, strong attention to detail, a love of keeping things organized, and someone who thrives as part of a team.
